Double-walled DuraFlex lids were first introduced in 1993 to replace brittle vacuum formed plastic and fibre glass lids, which often broke after a short service life. Durable and attractive in appearance, DuraFlex lids have re-set the quality benchmark which the waste industry demands.

The range now covers all sizes from 660 litre up to 1700 litre. The most popular size alone, 1100 litre, comprises five different models, both British and Continental format. All lids are designed to permit compliance of the bin with the European norms EN840.

Recycling lids are available in 660 litre, 770 litre, 1100 litre, 1280 litre and 1700 litre sizes, with a choice of apertures covered by hoods, flaps, brushes, or rubber diaphragms, to facilitate the segregation of recovered fractions at source.
