DuraFlex Lids for European Waste Collection Systems
As Container Components Europe’s expertise and renown grow, we are asked with increasing regularity to produce lids for systems unfamiliar in the UK. Our design team is always working on at least ten development projects simultaneously. Three mould makers are occupied full-time in building the requisite moulds.

Custom Moulds
From a single mould, which typically costs about £12,000, Container Components Europe are capable of producing approximately 7000 parts per annum. The economies of scale and inherent flexibility make rotomoulding the ideal medium for modest production runs. We are
happy to consider any project which will generate upwards of 1500 parts per annum.

Custom Plates
Due to the flexibility of Rotational Moulding, Container Components are able to offer customers the option of having their own name / logo embossed into the lid for the single one off cost of having a plate made.
